Hunter’s Moon by Sarah. M. Awa

Welcome, Book lovers! Hope you are all finding my reviews useful. Today, we will see what there is to love and dislike about Hunter’s Moon. To put it in a nutshell, it’s a story about a werewolf. A teenage girl is bitten by a werewolf and this opens up a new world to her.

What I love about the book

The story is well written and the characters are relatable. The story doesn’t drag and is well paced. The inner turmoil of the MC, Melanie, is shown clearly. Her struggles to maintain a normal life while adjusting to her life as a werewolf is fascinating to read.

What I don’t like about the book

The ending sucks. The book is apparently the first in a series and so, the author doesn’t provide us with much information. Although we have enough hints to figure out if the organization the MC joins is good or bad, neither the MC nor anyone else actually figure it out. That is irritating. In fact, the story has introduced several questions but has not answered any of it satisfactorily. You will have to wait for the next book to know the answers.

Rating: I am giving it only a 3.5
